1. Overview

At Luxury Patio Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through luxurypatiostore.com.

Our Return and Refund Policies are varied and based on brand.

Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If we successfully request a carrier to intercept the shipment, an interception fee of USD $25 may apply.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns for orders placed within the United States, Canada, and the European Union. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused
In the same condition as received
In the original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase from our website is required.

Once a return request is approved, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost.

For purchases made through other channels, please contact the respective retailer or distributor directly.

Warranty & Repairs

If a product is returned to repair due to manufacturing defects within 1 year of receipt, we will cover all shipping costs.

If the issue occurs after 1 year but within the warranty period:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
We will cover the repair cost and reshipping cost

If the product is damaged due to misuse or external factors, the customer will be responsible for these fees.

Special After-Sales Shipping Policy (US Only)

Good news! U.S. customers who follow all our official accounts on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram may qualify for an additional year of free after-sales shipping service (up to 2 years total).

Please note:

Active, ongoing subscriptions are required
Temporary subscriptions or cancellations will not qualify
We reserve the right to verify subscription status

International Orders

For international orders, returns are only accepted for incorrect or defective products, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable / Customer Responsibility Cases

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the following situations:

Change of mind after the order has been shipped
Ordering the wrong item
Items claimed as defective but confirmed to be in proper working condition after inspection
Damage caused by misuse (including but not limited to drops, water exposure, extreme temperatures, or improper operation)
Products returned for repair or replacement after 1 year from delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Contact your credit card provider
Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fire by Design purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding original shipping and handling charges. All return requests must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please call our team at (877) 807-8923 to obtain your RMA#.

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • All returned items must be in original packaging and include all manuals, accessories, and cables
  • The RMA# must be clearly printed on the outside of the package
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable delivery method

Note: Fire by Design is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping. We recommend using a service with tracking and insurance.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply at our discretion for returned items.

Exchanges & Warranty Claims

If your return is related to a warranty issue, please refer to our Limited Warranty Policy for eligibility and instructions. Products eligible for warranty replacement may be exchanged at no charge if determined to be defective under our coverage guidelines.
